Project Overview

This proposal outlines the process and deliverables for creating a VFX animation in which a banner gets unrolled from the top of a building. The video will be created using industry grade software, utilizing footage of the building sourced from online platforms. The banner design will be provided by the client. The final output will be in a vertical format, suitable for publishing on various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

Project Objectives

• To create a visually appealing and realistic VFX animation of a banner unrolling down the facade of a building.
• To integrate the banner into the building footage seamlessly, ensuring it interacts naturally with the environment.
• To deliver the final video in a vertical format optimized for social media platforms.
  

Scope of Work

1. Pre-Production
   • Footage Selection: Download suitable building footage from online based on the client’s preference.
   • Banner Design Integration: Receive the banner design from the client and ensure it matches the dimensions and scale of the selected footage.
     
2. Production
   • 3D Modeling and Texturing: Create a realistic 3D model of the banner, including appropriate textures that match the client's design.
   • Animation: Animate the banner unrolling smoothly from the top of the building, taking into account natural physics, wind dynamics, and interaction with the building’s surface.
   • Lighting and Shading: Adjust lighting and shading to match the building footage, ensuring the banner looks like an integral part of the scene.
     
     
3. Post-Production
   • Compositing: Integrate the 3D animated banner into the footage using compositing tools, ensuring a realistic blend between the animation and the live-action elements.
   • Final Adjustments: Add any additional VFX elements if required (e.g., shadows, reflections) and perform quality checks.
     
     
4. Delivery
   • Rendering: Render the final animation in high quality, ensuring it meets platform requirements for vertical video format (1080 x 1920).
   • Final Delivery: Provide the final video in the required format ready for publishing.
